   To start, the name "Hell Pore" is a great name for it! It does hurt a bit (like hell) when it is pulled off. It is extreme measures for extreme complexions. This product is the only thing that truly gets my pore's cleaned out completely. I use it after a hot shower, when I am not going anywhere in the evening. Hot water helps to open my pores, & allow the "Hell Pore" to do its magic. I find it is best practice to apply a thick layer on trouble areas of the face, for me my nose, cheeks, & jawline. The thick layer is MUCH easier to peel off than a thin one, & trust me it is NOT easy to pull off lol. But as soon as I have it on my face, I can feel this wonderful tingling/slight burning sensation. I just love the way it feels. Then you will see it start to pull the sebum from your pores, like magic. I keep it on for 20 minutes, & then start the peel. once that part is over, you are left with the purest clean feeling face. 10/10 will buy again, & it is now a regular part of my personal hygiene regimen.

It also has the ingredients so if your allergic to any of the stuff used in it you can find out before using First applying it I got like a eucalyptus or like a vapor rub vibe because it opened my airway of my nose and it also has like a coolinng effect. And of course putting it on my nose hurt a little. I didn't put a thick enough layer to do a lot of damage but my nose looks less blackheaded than before and it's super soft.

   Okay, so to start off, I'll explain that I always exfoliate and use warm water before using one of these things so that the mask has better access to my pores. I've used both this and one of those other peel masks (won't name which brand). This has less in the way of harmful ingredients that I would be concerned about putting in my skin, as it's free of such things as parabens, and the few ingredients that I would be concerned about (like aluminum) are very very low down the ingredient list, usually indicating there isn't a whole lot of it in there. This has titanium dioxide in it which is what makes it the lighter color despite also being charcoal based. I'm wondering if this also helps with the drying time because this dries down much faster than the black mask.Going on, this is easier to spread and less messy on the fingers, but the scent burned my eyes and after a few minutes burned on my skin before calming down, which isn't all that surprising, considering the very astringent (a bit like rubbing alchohol, it does list alchohol as an ingredient) smell it has, after a minute or two I stopped feeling it except the tight drying feeling it gets. The other mask is almost like tar spreading on, and almost smells as bad as tar, but it feels cold and gets colder (almost uncomfortably so to be honest) and doesn't burn my eyes.Now, as far as results go, I expected them to be about the same, but actually, the hell pore mask, while harder to get a grip on the edge, peeled much more nicely and HURT MUCH LESS than the other mask. For everyone saying how much this hurts it honestly doesn't. Both masks leave your skin feeling soft to the touch, but the hell pore mask actually seemed to pull more actual gunk out of my skin (it's hard to see due to the color and texture of the mask though which is somehow less satisfying lol) and largely left all but the finest of fine little hairs. The other mask rips out WAAAAAAAAY more hairs (ouch, feels like waxing honestly) but I generally didn't see that it pulled out many blackheads (but they are much more visible on the black, as is the dead skin)So overall I enjoyed the results of hell pore more,But there was one major drawback.There seem to be more botanical extract ingredients in hell pore, and something in there irritated the hell (no pun intended) out of my skin. It doesn't look red or splotchy, but if you have a sensitivity to benzoyl peroxide, you probably understand what my skin feels like right now, which is just kind of hot, inflamed and a bit itchy/burnyNow, I used to use that type of acne treatment, so I'm no stranger to putting up with the irritation.That said, I will probably use this very sparingly if at all. I'm not sure the irritation to my skin is worth the payout. We'll see in a few days whether it results in a breakout due to over sensitizing my skin.I don't recommend this for people with botanical allergies or sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin, I recommend trying the gudetama peeling mask that's sold here on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Holika-Gudetama-Smooth-Peeling-140ml/dp/B01IH6CD2Q It smells nice, feels nice, doesn't burn or hurt, and doesn't have any negative side effects for me personally, and works really nice at just rolling the dead skin off and softening. Doesn't do much for blackheads, but it does help clear out some gunk.EDIT: scratch that, I actually went back to look at myself in the mirror and I now have a rash on my face, ONLY ON THE AREAS I USED THE MASK (I did not use it on my whole face, nose upper cheeks t zone and chin) see pictures, my face is usually closer to the color of my neck. And I have little raised bumps now (Not talking about my blemishes, which are obvious since they are scabbed) images taken in two lightings to show the color

   I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I've had clogged pores and bad acne all my life. I ordered this after reading the review at The Strategist. I didn't wet my face first. I just applied it and it dried within 15-20 minutes. I only used it on my nose and the surrounding area. I didn't use it anyplace else cause I don't have issues with clogged pores elsewhere. It hurt about as much as a biore strip, which is not too much. It was 100x more effective than a biore strip though! It got out so many blackheads that my nose actually looks different. My skin looks amazing around that area. I'm still in shock at how good my nose looks. Zero little black dots! I did have to do it 2x3 times to get everything out, which wasn't a problem, because it's really fun. My husband even wanted to do it, and had the same great results. One thing I noticed is that the mask is less effective around the tip of one's nose, so much like with lip or bikini wax, it helps to hold the skin taut while pulling the mask off in the opposite direction. This is the same with biore strips. I'm buying this for my mom for Christmas!

The instructions on the back of the bottle are in Korean, but mine came in a box with the instructions in English on the back. Basically, clean your face and leave on for 15 mins or until dry. I read a lot of the comments before purchasing and the best advice was to shower before using this. The first time I tried the mask, I only washed my face with hot water. It worked ok and brought a lot of the "gunk" to the surface and I could squeeze it out easily. My face was externally soft afterwards. The second time, however, I showered (I generally take very hot showers) and then used it. Definitely got way more "gunk" out of my pores and didn't need to squeeze my face. It doesn't hurt so bad, kind of stinging feeling and it will take the little peach fuzz off your face! Over all I am very happy with this mask and will proabbaly buy again.

Make sure you get rid of any facial hair in advance, as the mask will pull at it and either hurt, or hurt and pull out your hair.There were no directions on the tube, but the box said to steam before hand to open pores, which I didn't see until after I used the mask. Use a thin, but even layer. If it's thick, it will take a long time to dry, and may not lift as easily. Do not put on the delicate skin around your eyes. Do not put on your eyebrows, as it make yank the brow hair. Be careful in applying near hair line.The consistency was thinner than I expected, and was a bit drippy. Make sure you are leaning over a counter, or have something over your clothes in case product drips as you are applying.Make sure to remove the mask from the chin up, pulling in an upward motion.I did not find it at all painful. It felt like a gentle tugging. I don't know if it cleared out any gunk, but it definitely exfoliated my skin. My skin feels SO soft now, even several days later.Package does not indicate how often to use.

I don't have that many black heads, but what I do have are sebaceous filaments all over my skin, which, if you have them, you know are EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND HARD TO GET RID OF.This mask does a good job of getting a lot of those little guys and pulling them out. Biore doesn't do that for me at all. My pores appear smaller after using this mask.You do have to put quite a bit on for optimal results. Like, make a pretty thick layer. Try to make it look opaque on your skin, rather than translucent. You also have to wait until it's COMPLETELY DRY. This may be longer than 15 minutes.As for the pain . . . Yeah, I guess there's a little. It's honestly not bad at all if you pull it off slowly. Don't you kind of want there to be a lot of suction, though? You want the mask to be strong enough to get all the stuff out.Anyway, if you have large pores that get stuff in them no matter what, then this stuff helps! A good skin care regimen also helps, but this should be a part of that.

I bought this liquid pack as an alternative and I love it. It works on me about as well as the name brand strips (which isn't super amazing, but I don't have huge pores), but the advantage here is that I can slather it on anywhere. Blackhead on my clavicle? Got it. Tiny whiteheads on my chin? Tended. Acne in the hollows of my cheeks? Helped a wee bit.This mask (pack) is easy to use. The consistency is between ketchup and toothpaste. The liquid-gel dispenses easily, and does not drip off of your face/body. The pack dries like a nose strip, just less rigid, so it's easy to tell when it is dry and ready to peel off. Peeling off is easy when the mask has defined edges (so avoid feathering/thin edges). When you remove the hardened pack sometimes you can see blackhead innards, just like the strips!It's not a holy grail product for my face, but its fun quotient is very worth keeping.

   This mask is sort of hard to remove, but it's obvious that it grabs on to hairs, and if someone uses it for the first time and has a lot of those tiny invisible hairs, it's going to feel like a wax job. I imagine the second time people use it it's more comfortable. It did leave my skin feeling clean and smooth, and the packaging is very cool and foreign looking. It dries to a papery film, and if the film is too thin, you have to sort of scratch it off with a fingernail. If it's thick enough it peels off more easily. It also rinses off, but I believe that the effectiveness is in how it grabs onto little things like loose skin flakes and tiny hairs and they just get yanked off.

   I have used this mask twice now on my nose and chin because those are my worst skin areas. I apply right away after my shower. So far I have yet to notice any blackheads in the dry facial after I've peeled it off like some people show. I do notice a lot of little hairs in it, however. I think it should be noted though that my blackheads weren't that bad or numerous the two times that I used it and it did seem to minimize. My biggest problem that I faced with this is that I have a very oily nose that will continuously produce oil, which caused the mask to separate it certain areas while it was drying... so because my worst spots are my lilies spots, the product didn't even touch those areas.It doesn't hurt anymore than a pore strip to tear off. It specifically says "nose pack" in the title so any person that pays attention should be able to figure out that this is not meant to be applied to your entire face. Instructions even say not to apply over hair.

   I think that this mask is more fun than it is effective. Of course before trying it I had grand visions of all of the gunk and blackheads on my chin and nose being ripped out leaving satisfyingly empty and clean pores. However, I had a hard time determining if what it pulled out was actually hair or sebaceous filaments. Sebaceous filaments are hair-like "wicks" that pull oil up your pores and out onto your skin to moisturize it. However, they are highly susceptible to being clogged with dead skin and dirt and forming super fine plugs that can be extracted and are often confused for blackheads.Most people who think they have a ton of blackheads in their T-zone actually have a bunch of sebaceous filaments. So this mask seems to work well to clear those out, along with a few thicker ones and possibly some blackheads, but it really doesn't touch the bona-fide blackheads. Even after showering/steaming/exfoliating I didn't really get the mask to have a good grip on the blackheads. But I do supposed that using it regularly to remove the sebaceous filaments will improve the overall appearance of your T-zone.I didn't notice any pain other than very slight discomfort when it pulled on the tiny fuzz along my jawline/hairline. I wish it was a more satisfying mask, like the one in the Facebook ads, but I doubt any mask works as well as a professional extraction or even using an extraction tool yourself (which can be very painful and uncomfortable on your nose).The packaging is fun, but almost completely in Korean.

I love doing nose strips and so I thought this would be a good alternative. I was expecting this to get ALL of my black heads out. Mine do not come out easily and so I usually take my bath or shower and let my pores open up, then spread it on. It was very difficult to use my finger to spread it on, and I tried a wet makeup brush. It didn't help much either. It's really hard to get an even coat on my entire face. In some spots, peeling it was easy, in others, it hurt pretty bad. It usually take 20-30 minutes to COMPLETELY dry and you can talk or laugh during the whole time. By the time I got the whole mask off, I'm usually disappointed.

   I use this face mask once a week as a part of my mechanical exfoliant of my skin care. I really love this peel off mask compared to Freeman cucumber peel off mask, the egg white peel off mask, Freeman pomegranate peel off mask. Like all the other mask this has a chemical smell and can sometimes have the alcohol feeling if you put it to close to your eyes. Most peel off masks do not feel like they are gripping to your skin to pull out impurities, however, this one clings to my skin and can be a bit painful at times. Since it really clings to your skin you know it is doing a great job of extracting dirt from your pores. I usually hold a hot water soaked wash cloth to my face to open up my pores and then I wash my face with a foaming cleanser. I will pat my face dry with a face towel. After my pores are opened and clean I will then use the peel off mask and massage it into my skin and I apply a thin layer of the mask on. I have applied a thick layer of the mask before and it didn't do as well of a job on adhering to my skin. I prefer to feel tugging on my skin rather than no pain bc I feel like the mask is doing a better job. The layer should be thin enough to see a bit of your skin color, but not so thin the mask it almost transparent. Then wait however long it takes to dry and have fun peeling!! A good reference would be Tati's youtube video on this peel off mask. This mask honestly did not feel as painful as she makes it seem, but I mean even still beauty is pain.

Also, I'm a guy who was convinced to try this by a lady friend and couldn't find reviews anywhere of guys trying it. I washed my face and shaved right before applying it since I'd read some ladies' reviews saying it pulled out hair and was worried it would pull all the hair follicles out of my face. This was not the case at all and there was no pain or hair pulling where my beard grows or in the more "peach fuzzy" areas of my upper cheeks, etc that weren't shaved. I'll probably us it another few times until the bottle is empty but won't buy it again...

   NOTE: As the product name states, this is a nose mask, not a full face mask. I've done two full face masks with this, but from now on I'll stick to the nose. I'm happy I bought this, but it's not a miracle product and I probably won't be buying again. The smell is really strong when you're putting it on, but it goes away completely within a couple minutes of drying. I've tried this twice now, once using a thin layer and once with a thick layer. The thick layer didn't try evenly, and the edges of my face were dried and starting to peel off before the product on my cheeks and forehead were still wet. That wasn't a problem when I used a thinner layer, so I guess evenly spreading is the key. Removal wasn't as bad as I expected - I don't have a lot of facial hair (upper lip, etc), which probably helped. I did notice one or two places, both on my nose, where my skin was visibly improved, but the mask also left the skin between my eyebrows dry and a little flaky. Using a thicker layer is definitely more effective, since I didn't notice any gunk removal with the thinner layer. With that in mind, though, this bottle will probably last only 4-5 more full-face masks if I wanted to do that. Since my nose is what needs the most care, I'm going to be using this product on my nose only from now on (ask the product name suggests), to maximize the amount of product I have and also avoid drying my skin out. Elizavecca milkypiggy Hell-Pore Clean up nose Mask is a good product that I'm glad I tried and I'll definitely use the bottle up but I probably won't buy again.

I'm not going to sugar coat it but it hurts. It will get rid of those baby hairs and anything else in between. I use a pretty thick layer on my whole face and it does take a while to completely dry but the sastifying pull after makes it all worth it. It's gray in color and very soothing when first applied. If you have sensitive skin a small test area is highly recommended. It will cause some redness after removal but nothing like a self care day with a little calming face lotion afterwards. 10/10 stand by this product and will continue to use it!

   As suggested by the packaging I used this only as a nose and chin mask with a bit of the cheeks (the area where my pores get larger). Used this way it is really not painful. I would not put it near the mouth or eyes as pulling it off from those areas would probably hurt and let's be honest who gets blackheads on their eyes? If you do, there's probably a better way to have it treated. On the nose I did not see stellar results. I still see some blackheads but then I did nothing to soften my face or open my pores before. I did see what looked like some dead cells and other pore clogging gunk where I removed it. Also I saw that some of the clogged pores were not on the strip but were pulled up to the surface where I could exfoliate them away. As a result I am pretty well pleased with this mask as you have more control over where it goes than you do with a strip, and it can be washed off with water where you don't want to pull it (example if some of it gets on your eyebrow or something).

My eyes watered a bit, and removing it from the bottom of my face hurt the most, but it wasn't anything intolerable. But boy did it clean pores I didn't even know we're dirty! My pores are the smallest it's been in a while. It leaves my skin smooth too. I didn't use it all over my face but only my forehead, down my nose, most of my cheeks and chin. I avoided the eyes at all cost since the skin is so thin there. While it does remove a lot of dead skin, as I rip it off my face, it also creates more dead skin. I used a moisturizer from l'occitane to help with the dry skin. When I woke up, my skin looked great! I plan to use this mask every week and a half to two weeks. I also plan on getting the fruit toner to use after using the mask.

   It works well and doesn't hurt. It's pulled how some pretty awesome stuff, but my husband's had more luck with it than me, really. I've slapped this stuff on right after a nice hot shower. I see that I got little bits of stuff in my little pores, but I think they're just too small sometimes. My husband, however, has a larger nose and it works amazing on him. It works for the both of us overall, though.My only gripe is that it seems to...bubble. I'll smooth the mask on as gently as I can in as few strokes as I can, but when I pull the mask off, I find teeny tiny bubbles. The bubbles makes it look like it's pulling more than it is and the color makes it hard to see stuff without looking for the "forest" at an angle in the light.I'm not sure if there's already air in the product or if stroking it on introduced air into the mask, but it's my only con for this stuff aside from the color. It'd be nice if it was a darker color so you could see a larger contrast between the mask and the stuff it pulls out.

   So, I saw that Buzzfeed used this in a video, calling it "The Most Painful" peel mask...but I have never felt like this was painful to remove at all. I actually love this mask, though I use it only when my face feels "fuzzy" and need to remove stubborn dead skin that won't come off during my usual face wash routine. I make sure to avoid my eyebrows, hairline, and sideburns because the mask doesn't come off of hair easily and can painfully pull on hair. I sometimes wash my face beforehand or use the mask right after a shower, though I do feel like that increases the dry time. It makes my face feel clean and exfoliated but not dried out. I usually rinse off with just water and a terry cloth afterward to remove any bits but not always.My only complaint is that I feel like there's not a lot of product in the tube. I've used it more than 3 times, but I feel like there are only one or two uses left. I do put it on pretty thick so I can peel it off easily, so that might be my error. If I don't have enough to do a full face peel in the future, I might just focus on it certain areas, like my T-zone.

   I tried this product twice. Once I was so excited to try it, I literally put a hot towel on my face and glopped this stuff on. At that point, I was totally disappointed because I did not see much improvement when I peeled it off. But the second time I tried it, I took a hot shower, really washed my face and then layered the stuff on thick and let it dry. The second time around, I was really impressed. This stuff works, the only thing I don't like is how much product I had to use to the see results. If you apply it too thin, it just feels like your peeling Elmer's glue off your face, but if you apply it thick, it feels like a biore strip. I prefer this product to the strips because I can get all of the sides of my nose and my chin, unlike the strips.Note** I DO NOT have sensitive skin. Personally I don't think this stuff hurt at all, however, those of you with sensitive skin should start with small sections.

   I bought this mask because it has been highly talked about amongst skincare enthusiasts and as a skincare enthusiast myself, I figured I'd give it a try. I will say that you get a decent amount of product for the price. It is pricier than most drugstore masks but way cheaper than any high-end options. As for the mask its self it is a gray liquid consistency and it has little specks of darker gray/black (don't confuse the little specks for blackheads when removing this mask).BEFORE APPLYING: tie up your hair and use a headband to push back any hair. This stuff clings onto hair very well and it WILL rip it out. With that being said when you apply watch out for your brow hair. Upon applying the mask I felt a slight cooling sensation like if you were to put rubbing alcohol on your face. On the first application this cooling feeling was extremely obvious for me. If you have very sensitive skin you might want to take this into account before purchasing. However after applying this many times the cooling feeling becomes less noticeable. There are two ways that people like to apply masks: very thin or very thick, and the difference between the two can radically change your experience with peeling masks. If you apply it very thinly you will wait around 15-25 mins for this mask to dry and when you peel it, it may be painful. IF YOU CANNOT TOLERATE ANY PAIN (e.g. plucking a hair from your face) DO NOT BUY THIS THIS IS NOT THE MASK FOR YOU. This stuff rips out baby hair and peach fuzz like no one's business. I personally like the feeling because it lets me know that it actually worked and that something has been removed from my skin. However, if you apply your masks thickly: You will have to wait 30 mins+ and the pain will be slightly more obvious as the product has had time to harden and grab onto hairs on your face and sebum. As for my title and what you can expect this product to do, it functions better as a (very) mild hair remover and less of a pore cleansing product. WHEN REMOVING THE MASK: PULL UPWARDS, this is to lift out all of the gunk from your face. If you peel downwards you are not peeling anything out so do not be disappointed when this product doesn't "work" for you. It works. I like to look at the mask afterwards to see all of the dirt and sebum in my face but this mask just didn't do that for me. It pulled out a ton of hair from my face but that was about it. I do like that it leaves my skin soft and that it has a nice smell, also 10/10 packaging it's super cute. Would i but this again? No. It's kind of gimmicky and deceiving. It's fun to use from time to time but this mask isn't part of my routine skincare regimen. TL;DR: Pulls out your peach fuzz, not so much sebum or dirt. Has a cooling/burning feeling. Cute packaging, nice smell, leaves skin soft. Kind of gimmicky/average so would not buy again.

   I bought this product after seeing a video online about how well it worked. Those hardcore face peel masks are all the rage right now, and this was supposed to be one of the best ones. I was slightly dissatisfied with this product. It was fine as a face mask, but was advertised as a mask that would dig DEEP into your pores and pull out some gunk- similar to how a pare strip works. I, having smaller pores, did not experience that much of a deep cleansing from this product. My boyfriend, however, had a bit more luck with the pore extracting properties, especially on his nose area. I did enjoy the tightening sensation and my skin felt moderately smoother after each use. There also was a nice tingling sensation the first few times I used this product, which I enjoyed very much. On the bright side, the packaging was absolutely adorable. Asian inspired cartoons were placed both on the box and on the tube itself! The cap is sturdy so it has even survived my travel back and forth from school, while being tossed into the depths of a bag. Overall, I will use this product until it runs out, but I will most likely not purchase it again.

   So I tried out the mask! Was fun and it definitely feels like you're peeling off glue. Mind you I hadn't washed my face and have a very oily complexion. My face is just about completely dry from just using the mask. Although I am seeing some minor irritation where I began to pull the mask from, I think it's due to it being drier in that area since I started under my chin because I figure I have breakouts there too. So, would definitely recommend dampening or steaming your face first, especially if you have a drier complexion. It basically felt like pulling off dried glue or maybe even a bandaid. Regardless, I am absolutely seeing the blackheads it pulled out, particularly from my nose and chin area and it's rather impressive! I'll definitely continue to use this product :)

The tube itself has poor English and mostly Korean, so it's difficult to read exactly what's going on here. It comes out different from normal clay masks- usually others are watery and thick and this seems more silicone based almost because it's almost slimy and thick instead. The first time I tried it, I slathered it on thick and overzealous, and holy crap the pig from hell on the bottle ripped my pores clear off. It HURT! Like waxing your face. If you're not careful, you could take your eyebrows off. Yikes.Now, I've revised my process and i love it: -apply a THIN layer, let dry -peel slowly from a crease, it won't come off as one whole sheet but it doesn't hurt this way. -wash off excess -moisturize!It gets rid of dead skin and all the other crap in your pores so it's great. I do recommend.Ps: it smells so good!

   This mask wasn't terrible. My skin felt soft when I was done, it seemed to remove some of the gunk out of my pores, and it didn't nearly hurt as much as I expected it to. In fact, on a scale of 0-5 it was maybe a 1 at best. I do a lot of peel off masks though since they are easy to clean off, so maybe I'm just desensitized to the whole process by now. I wasn't super happy about the consistency of the product because, when I took off the cap, and tilted it (without putting pressure on the tube), it would leak out--so without meaning to, I lost a good chunk of product while I was concentrating on getting the runny liquid on my face. Like I said, I do a lot of peel off masks and this was probably the hardest to put on just because it wouldn't stay in the tube. Overall, the product just did an okay job, but since it was cheaper compared to the other ones I like, I thought it was worth 3 stars for the price.

   I wanted something better than a pore strip to remove sebaceous filaments and blackheads, since pore strips never fully remove everything for me. I remember this being all the rage back a few years ago so decided to try it. Before I began I made sure my skin was clean and I also steamed my face over some boiling water to open my pores. All it did was remove a minimal amount of vellus hair and dead skin. You can see the before and after photos and also the photo of what came out on the mask. My skin felt nice and smooth afterwards but visibly there is no change. I will give it 2 stars for being a decent smoothing mask. Now as for it being marketed as a product specifically to remove debris from your pores, that is a total lie. Even after making sure my pores were open it didn't work. Just stick with the pore strips, at least they get something out.
