Then I decided to simply apply it to my rinsed and squeezed-out hair the following time I washed and condition my hair, and BINGO! After rinsing, my hair was incredibly silky, and after drying, it had lift and body. It was really sparkly and simple to comb! This would be a great rinse out for hair that is incredibly smooth and shining! Definitely will purchase again. I also adore the other CER-100, which, after a 30-minute soak, leaves my hair smooth and healthy.
